Refund Policy for Digital Consultation Services

This policy applies only to digital legal consultation services purchased through this website. No physical goods are provided.

1. Cancellations before work starts

You may request a cancellation and full refund before we start reviewing your documents or providing the consultation. Whether work has started is determined in good faith based on the progress of your order.

2. After the consultation is delivered

Once legal advice has been given, a written summary delivered, or an online session held, the service is considered fully delivered and is generally not refundable, because it is a time- and expertise-based digital service.

3. Package-specific rules

• $50 consultation: Refunds possible only before we begin reviewing your question or materials.
• $100 consultation: Refunds possible before we start reviewing documents or preparing the detailed opinion.
• $500 consultation: Refunds possible before the consultation time is confirmed or before substantial preparatory work begins.

4. Exceptional cases

In rare and justified cases, we may offer a partial refund where the service has only been partially delivered, taking into account the time already invested.

5. Refund method

Any approved refund will, where technically possible, be processed through the same payment method you used (PayPal).
